SJ Partnership Announces Structural Changes

SJ Partnership has this week announced that as of August 2022, co-Founder and Managing Director Jean Johnston will be taking a step back from the day-to-day running of the company.

“The directors at SJ Partnership are very proud of the incredible team who support our clients in all aspects of their businesses. The strength and professionalism shown by every member of the team means that, although I remain a Director of SJ Partnership, I have the opportunity to take a step back and pursue a truly exciting project outwith the company.

“I have complete confidence that, in my absence, and under the unwavering guidance of Sue, that SJ Partnership will continue to offer the same outstanding level of support that our clients have come to expect from us.” – Jean Johnston

In addition to changes within the management structure of the organisation, Cait McLaughlin, previously of CommuniCait Ltd, will now lead SJ Partnership’s growing Communications team, and Nicole Johnstone will manage our Client Services team, supporting clients with admin-related projects and the facilitation of events and training.

“It’s an incredibly exciting time within SJ Partnership as we grow our team and expand our business offerings to better support both existing and new clients. Having established the company with my wonderful friend Jean several years ago, I am delighted that our team are now so well established, that Jean can pursue this outside opportunity without impacting on the quality of service that SJ Partnership are proudly known to provide.” – Sue Thomson
