Our client is looking for a commercially driven Territory Manager to develop and grow sales across a defined region within the medical aesthetics and healthcare sector. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with clinics and healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service while achieving ambitious sales targets. Working closely with internal teams, you will help implement sales and marketing initiatives, provide product education and training, and use market insights to drive sustainable territory growth.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
Build strong relationships with clinics, healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
Promote and sell a portfolio of medical aesthetic products and solutions.
Plan and deliver effective territory business plans to maximise commercial opportunities.
Work collaboratively with marketing, medical, training and customer service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Deliver product demonstrations, training and educational support to customers.
Represent the business at industry events, congresses and exhibitions.
Analyse sales performance, customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain accurate CRM records, activity reporting and administrative documentation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, company policies and ethical standards.

Skills & Requirements

Previous B2B sales experience, ideally within medical aesthetics, healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Confident negotiating and influencing at all levels.
Highly organised with excellent planning, prioritisation and time management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective account plans.
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related discipline is desirable.
ABPI qualification is advantageous.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
